Some men are born producing estrogen and therefor may produce women characteristics, such as boobs, hips and small pepes,

Girls & Boys are very different between the ages of puperty. The only reason girls have breast - (boob's) is because when they are in the state of being prepared for havign a baby, the milk can be delevered and fully brought in, inside the breaste. That's why when a women is in breast-feeding monthly, her boob's are often twice the size because of the milk. So, since boy's can't have babies, they can't deliver milk. So there's really no reason why boy's should have boob's...unless there gay! :P
